1. This is a Soulflower GV (Gift Voucher)/e-Pay that will be accepted on the website: soulflower.in.
2. The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers.
4. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the soulflower.in website.
5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience.
6. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
7. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
8. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
9. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Soulflower shall be accepted for redemption.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
Soulflower/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
11. GV/e-Pay cannot be cancelled/blocked once issued under any circumstances
12. Soulflower/GyFTR, or its affiliates, shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/GC number, pin, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance.
13. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
14. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
15. Soulflower/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used on the Soulflower website.
• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Open the URL https://www.soulflower.in/. Browse through the site. Select the Product. Click on 'ADD TO CART.'
2. Once added to Cart, click on CHECKOUT. Check the delivery details and then click on 'Add' to 'Add balance to your epay & use.'
3. Enter the Voucher and click 'Add.' Click “Apply” to redeem the entire e-Pay balance. Alternatively, select “Custom Redeem” and enter the desired e-Pay amount to be redeemed.
