1. This is a Muthoot Exim GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted only online on the website at https://buygold.muthoot.com.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. GV/GC CAN be clubbed with existing offers.
4. A maximum of 5 GV/GCs CAN be used in one bill.
5. Once the redemption request is received by the merchant, the following timelines shall apply for dispatch of the products to end customers:
* If the product selected by the end customer is gold or silver coins, the same shall be dispatched within 10 days.
* If the product selected by the end customer is gold jewelry or silver articles, the same shall be dispatched within 15 days.
6. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
7. The GV/GC is redeemable on all articles available on the mentioned official website.
8. The GV/GC is redeemable only for the assigned value.
9. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
10. GV/GCs are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be exchanged or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
11. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
