How do I redeem this voucher?
- Select IRCTC IPay option and select the Gift Voucher/ e-pay option under Auto Pay mode
- Select the Gift Voucher option & then in the drop down option select GyFTR.
- Enter your registered mobile number to see all the available Vouchers. Select the Voucher & click on the Add button to add balance to your e-pay account.
- Click on the redeem button to use the Vouchagram e-pay balance. Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number to proceed.
What should I know before using it?
- Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used on the IRCTC website and app.
- Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN only be used through iPay Autopay payment mode.
- Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to the balance.
- Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one bill.
Terms
1. This is an IRCTC GV (Gift Voucher) / e-Pay and would be accepted only at the IRCTC website and app under the IRCTC iPay payment option. GV/GC redemption is available in Autopay payment mode under iPay.
2. The holder of the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The GV/e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number.
4. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or converted into any other form of currency.
5. Multiple GV/e-Pay vouchers can be used against one transaction.
6. Once the GV/e-Pay gets added to the balance, it can be utilized till the balance is exhausted or expires. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given.
7. Only valid GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of IRCTC shall be accepted for redemption.
8. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. IRCTC/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, shared, or used without permission.
10. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
11. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company’s decision shall be final.
12. IRCTC/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
13. For any queries or issues related to GV/e-Pay, kindly raise a request at www.gvhelpdesk.com.
