HP Pay

1. This is an HP Pay GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) and will be accepted only online on the mobile application.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. The beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
4. Only a valid GV/GC at the sole discretion of HPCL shall be accepted for redemption towards HP Pay Wallet recharge of the customer. GV/GC should be mapped with the registered mobile number.
5. Once the GV/GC gets added to the HP Pay wallet balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted.
6. GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired.
7. Multiple GV/GC can be redeemed at once by customers by adding the GV/GC to the wallet.
8. Users with KYC verification have a daily transaction limit of Rs. 7,500 and a monthly limit of Rs. 30,000. Non-KYC users have a daily limit of Rs. 5,000 and a monthly limit of Rs. 15,000.
9. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
10. HP Pay Wallet will be accepted for payments across all mentioned HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships at its sole discretion. HP Pay may add or remove any brand outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
11. HPCL or its affiliates are not responsible if the beneficiary shares the voucher number and it is redeemed by someone else.
12. If a GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
13. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
14. HP Pay/GyFTR reserves the right to change, cancel, or update any of the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without prior notice.
15. HP Pay may choose not to honor the offer if there is any suspicion of misuse or abuse of the offer, and we are not required to explain such cases.
16. HP Pay/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.

Important Instructions

• Gift Vouchers CAN only be used on the HP Pay app.
• Gift Vouchers CAN only be used at HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once added to HP Pay Wallet.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to HP Pay Wallet.

Redeem Steps

1. Download the Hp Pay App. Select Add Voucher Option.
2. List of available vouchers mapped on the contact number will be displayed. Customer can click on add button to add the voucher balance to HP Pay Wallet.
3. Select Yes to top-up the voucher balance to HP Pay Wallet.
4. Your wallet is recharged successfully.
5. Visit your nearest HPCL Petrol pump. Effortlessly use your wallet balance by just 'scanning' and 'paying' in a single step.
