1. This is a Wildcraft GV/e-Pay that will be accepted at the listed WILDCRAFT stores only.
2. The person who has the Wildcraft GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary. The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher.
3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers. Multiple vouchers can be used against one bill.
4. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per convenience of the holder. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the GV/e-Pay before making a purchase.
5. The GV/e-Pay balance cannot be transferred to another e-Pay account, exchanged for cash, or any other form of currency.
6. The e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number. Transfer of balance is not possible and will result in cancellation.
7. After conversion into e-Pay balance, this GV is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the e-Pay balance and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period. No credit note or refund for the unused balance will be given.
8. The GV/e-Pay can be used for all purchases of products and services at the listed Wildcraft (company owned) Retail Stores.
9. Only valid Wildcraft GV/e-Pay at the sole discretion of Wildcraft shall be accepted for redemption. Wildcraft may add or remove an outlet from the list without prior notice.
10. The GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
11. Wildcraft/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/e-Pay is lost, stolen, or used without permission, including cases where the beneficiary shares the voucher number with others.
12. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
13. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the Wildcraft GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
14. Wildcraft/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

16. Wildcraft makes full efforts to accept all GV/e-Pay, but due to technical or administrative reasons, an outlet may refuse acceptance. In such cases, the customer is liable to settle the bill, and no compensation will be provided.
17. This GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates, which Wildcraft may add or delete at its sole discretion.

• Gift Vouchers/e-Pay CAN be used to buy discounted products.
• Gift Voucher CAN be used multiple times once converted to e-Pay balance.
• Multiple Gift Vouchers CAN be combined & added to e-Pay balance.

Redeem Steps

1. Use the outlet locator to locate the nearest outlet that accepts this Gift Voucher.
2. Share the registered mobile number with cashier, once products are scanned for invoicing by the cashier
3. Cashier to confirm the available Gift Voucher and its balance. Customer to confirm the amount to be used for redemption and proceed further for balance payment, if any Cashier to proceed with invoicing
