Terms
1. This is a Lifestyle GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card), and it is redeemable at all Lifestyle stores in India.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC. The remaining balance in the GV/GC will be forfeited once the card is redeemed.
4. The GV/GC can be clubbed with existing offers.
5. Multiple GV/GC can be clubbed in a single bill.
6. The GV/GC is not a legal tender or replacement for a debit/credit card.
7. The GV/GC is valid for all products available at Lifestyle stores in India.
8. The GV/GC can be redeemed only at offline Lifestyle stores.
9. The GV/GC is valid for one year from the date of issue.
10. If the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the GV/GC, the difference shall be paid by the bearer.
11. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. Lifestyle/GyFTR is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen, or compromised GV/GC.
13. Protect the GV/GC number and PIN to avoid misuse. Lifestyle shall not assume any liability if the GV/GC number or PIN gets stolen or compromised.
14. Lifestyle reserves the right to amend, change, cancel, or update the terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice.
15. Once the GV/GC is issued, Lifestyle will not entertain any request for cancellation.
